Need a Better DJ Workspace? Why the Gravity FDJT 01 DJ Desk Makes Setup Smarter

A DJ setup can quickly become crowded when your controller, laptop, and monitor speakers all compete for the same workspace. The Gravity FDJT 01 DJ Desk takes a more flexible approach by giving DJs and producers an adjustable workstation designed around the equipment they actually use. Its height-adjustable desktop, movable laptop tray, and adjustable speaker trays make it easier to organize a compact setup without treating every piece of gear as a permanent fixture.

What Is the Gravity FDJT 01 DJ Desk?

The Gravity FDJT 01 is a steel adjustable DJ desk designed for DJ, studio, and music-production environments. The desktop can be adjusted from 680 mm to 1090 mm, while the table provides a 1190 mm width and 560 mm overall depth.

That flexibility matters when your working position or equipment arrangement changes. Instead of forcing your setup around a fixed desk, the FDJT 01 lets you adapt the workspace around your workflow.

The desk has a maximum table load of 50 kg, while its speaker trays support up to 15 kg each.

Key Features That Make the Setup More Flexible

Adjustable Speaker Positioning

The speaker trays are one of the standout features. They can be adjusted in height, tilted by ±15°, and rotated through 360°. They can also slide left and right along the rear rail.

That gives you more control over where your monitors sit relative to your working position. The integrated scale on the tubes also helps make speaker positioning more precise.

The trays feature EVA padding, adding a dedicated surface for supported loudspeakers.

A Dedicated Laptop Tray

The DJ desk with laptop tray keeps your computer positioned at the center of the workstation. Adjustable holding pins help secure the laptop, while the tray can move left and right along the rear rail.

For DJs working with laptop-based software, this creates a more organized central control area instead of leaving the computer wherever space happens to be available.

Height Adjustment and Stability

The desktop adjusts between 680 and 1090 mm, making it easier to adapt the desk to different working positions. Adjustable levelling feet help compensate for uneven floors, while the mountable cross bar strengthens the table structure.

The steel construction and powder-coated desktop also give the workstation a purpose-built feel for studio and DJ environments.

Where Can You Use the Gravity FDJT 01?

The Gravity FDJT 01 DJ Desk can make sense in several professional and creative environments:

• Home DJ setups: Keep the laptop and monitors organized around the main workspace.
• Studios: Create a dedicated workstation for computer-based production and monitoring.
• DJ performance spaces: Adjust speaker and laptop positions around your preferred workflow.
• Event and production environments: Build a compact control area where adjustable positioning is useful.
• Music-production rooms: Use the adjustable desk height and speaker positioning to personalize the workstation.

Who Should Consider It?

This professional DJ workstation is particularly relevant for DJs, producers, and music creators who want more control over their workspace rather than a conventional fixed desk.

It is also worth considering if your current setup suffers from limited surface organization or if your laptop and monitor positions need frequent adjustment.

What to Consider Before Buying

Before choosing the FDJT 01, check your available room and equipment dimensions. The table is 1190 mm wide, while the speaker trays are 250 mm wide and the laptop tray is 480 mm wide. Also confirm that your equipment falls within the stated load limits.

The desk is designed for indoor use, so it should be planned as part of an appropriate indoor DJ or studio environment.
