12W2000 12″ woofer is designed to produce tremendously low frequency midbass in a ported box, a great option for sound competitions when you need extra power handling.
The specially designed rigid cast aluminum frame features side forced cooling system openings, allowing airflow to cool the voice coil. Additionally, a huge motor assembly and its new improved spider allows it to handle up to 2000 watts RMS without any problems.
Our cone is supported by a new double heavy spider and triple roll treated cloth surround, both designed for high excursion applications to withstand short bursts of excessive power without damage.
The coil is wound inside-outside on a fiberglass former and has a generous 27.5 mm winding length to ensure extended Xmax and better power handling in the competition lanes.
