18 Sound HD3000T 1.4" Compression Driver 240 Watts 8-Ohm
- The 1.4 ”Eighteen Sound HD3000T compression driver is used in high quality audio systems. The titanium diaphragm, anchored to PEN suspensions, is produced internally and guarantees unparalleled response to transients. The 75 mm (3 ") EWAL coil in Copper coated Aluminum wire (CCAW) complete the diaphragm assembly.
- 18 Sound HD3000T is designed to provide a coherent and homogeneous wavefront already at the input of the horn in the whole working frequency range. The exclusive 4-conductor power factor corrector ensures very low distortion and excellent reproduction of medium-high frequencies. Finally, the imposing Ferrite magnet group manages to generate a flow of 2.0 Tesla inside the air gap, and also involves the use of a demodulating Copper ring, which reduces distortion and contributes to obtaining impressive sensitivity average of this driver of 112 dB SPL 1W / 1m.
